About Prime Function Fitness

I’m Tina, proud mum of two wonderful daughters (now grown women) and like many of my clients, I’m navigating midlife myself. Health, fitness and nutrition have always been cornerstones of my life - not just in my career, but personally too. I understand what it means to want to stay strong, energised and confident as life evolves, and I’m here to help you do the same.

My love for fitness began back when leotards were the activewear of choice and women rarely ventured into the weights area at the gym. Thankfully, so much has changed since then, but my passion for helping others feel their best has only grown stronger. For over 20 years I’ve had the privilege of working with clients through every stage of life - from pregnancy and menopause to cancer recovery and chronic conditions - and it’s reinforced my belief that movement truly is medicine.

When you train with me it’s about more than just workouts. It’s about genuine support, motivation, and building sustainable habits that help you reach your goals. Most importantly, we'll have fun doing it as laughing burns calories too :)
